More recently, Joe Public – one of South Africa’s biggest creative and advertising agencies – also made Bryanston their new head office. They strategically opted for more than 3000m2 of bespoke P-grade office space.

The Story of Nicol main

2005

Stratford Property Ventures acquired the land by tender from Telkom. Hereafter, we attended to the rezoning and provision of services for the land.

2007 -2009

Phase 1 of Nicol Main was commenced and completed. This included the completion of premium office space on four to five levels that also featured double-level basement parking. This phase was occupied by the head offices Continental Outdoor Media and Boogertman and Partners Architects.

2010-2012

With commencement of Phase 2 of Nicol Main well underway, prospective tenants started readying themselves for moving to this prestigious new office space from mid-2011. Yum International Restaurants are located in this phase.

2012

The second half of 2012 saw the commencement of Phase 3 which was taken up by Jardine LLyod and Thomson.

2013

Tenants who opted for office space completed during Phase 3 of Nicol Main occupied their offices in the first half of 2013. The Phase 4 space was now letting for occupation during 2014.

2014

Phase 4 was completed and became the head office for Joe Public.

What once housed the derelict remains of Bryanston’s old Post Office, now proudly boasts prestigious and sought after office space in an area that promises to sustain urban growth for the foreseeable future.
